為貫徹(che)《中(zhong)華人(ren)(ren)民共和國環(huan)境(jing)(jing)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)法》和《中(zhong)華人(ren)(ren)民共和國大氣(qi)污染防治法》，保(bao)護(hu)(hu)生 態(tai)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)，保(bao)障人(ren)(ren)體健康，規(gui)范環(huan)境(jing)(jing)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)一氧化碳的自動測(ce)定(ding)方法，制定(ding)本(ben)標(biao)準。 本(ben)標(biao)準規(gui)定(ding)了自動測(ce)定(ding)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)一氧化碳的非分散紅外法。 

本標準為首(shou)次發布。 

本標準(zhun)由環(huan)境監(jian)測司(si)、科技標準(zhun)司(si)組織(zhi)制訂。 ;

本(ben)標準起草單位(wei)：大連市環境監測中(zhong)心。 

本標準驗證單(dan)位：哈爾濱市(shi)(shi)環境監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)中(zhong)心站(zhan)、杭州市(shi)(shi)環境監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)中(zhong)心站(zhan)、鞍山市(shi)(shi)環境監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce) 中(zhong)心站(zhan)、廣州市(shi)(shi)環境監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)中(zhong)心站(zhan)、沈陽市(shi)(shi)環境監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)中(zhong)心站(zhan)和(he)青(qing)島市(shi)(shi)環境監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)中(zhong)心站(zhan)。 

本(ben)標準由生(sheng)態環境部2018年8月31日批準。 

本標準自(zi)2018年(nian)9月1日起實施。
